Grouse

Grouse hunt at Hobbs plot land (9-14-05). Decided to give the 4 month old lab pup a try, listened well but didnt' have a clue. Lots of grouse, shot a double on first covey flush, pup found one, but not the second. Flushed singles 3 more times in a tree row, but couldn't get a clear look at them through the trees.

No partridge or pheasants flushed.
